The EC project BELBaR (Bentonite Erosion: effects on the Long term performance of the engineered Barrier and Radionuclide Transport) is arranging an open workshop at CIEMAT (Avenida Complutense 40 – 28040 Madrid, SPAIN) (http://www.ciemat.es) on
5-6 March, 2015.

Further details on the meeting place and hotel suggestions will be sent later.

The tentative agenda for the meeting is the following:

First day (Thu)

Start of the meeting – 10:00 h
Presentations – 10:00 -13:00 h
Lunch- 13:00 -14:30 h
Presentations: 14:30 – 17:00 h
Poster Session – with buffet: 18:00 – 20:00 h
End of first day – 20:00 h

Second day (Fri)

Start of the meeting – 9:00 h
Presentations: 9:00 – 11:00 h
Coffee break 11:00 – 11:30 h
Presentations: 11:30 – 13:00 h
Lunch – 13:00 -14:30 h
Steering Committee Meeting: 14:30
End of the meeting: 15:30

Each attending organisation is invited to make (at least) an oral and a poster presentation.

CIEMAT will publish the Proceedings of this Workshop which will include the extended abstracts of all the presentations. The template of the requested abstract is sent in a separate file.

The limit for submitting the extended abstracts is February 15.
